About Us

This company takes care of entertainers from management, production, Show Promotion, artist’s development, and career encouragement and bookings where necessary.

We specialize in the production, management, marketing, and promotional aspect of the music. We aim to achieve the highest goals that can be reached in music representation.

Though only a fairly new company in the realms of things, formed in December 1999, our efforts are recognizable as a longstanding company, mainly as the directors of the company has spent many years in the business working with other companies and entertainers. The experiences are as far back as 20 years.

Management

All three directors work together to make the company wholesome. Their aims are that of the same which is to produce and administer the best quality that can be achieved in this business of music.

Production Director - Jermaine Forde

Jermaine Forde, the Production Director, responsible for the production of the music, creation of the music and writing of the music, has worked with Black Uhuru, Aswad, Freddie McGregor, to name a few, as sound Engineer. His other hats are production of music, where he has worked in the studio with Sly and Robbie, Big Ship Recording Studio, Mixing Lab Recording Studio, Kingston Muzik Recording Studio, New Name Recording Studio, Jet Star Studio and Big House Studio.

Executive Director - Sherwin C Aarons

Sherwin C Aarons, Executive Director. The Investor, for production, the coordinator for the compilation of the music, and the executive producer of Marketing. Previously a director of Ingredience Productions a company owned by himself and Mikey Spice, but has since been resolved.

Managing Director- Marcia Williams-Simpson

Marcia Simpson, Managing Director, is responsible for the administration of the company, she acts in the capacity of management for the artists, coordinator for bookings, consultant, marketing, promotion, and all the area which requires management skills.
